Your hunting from a tree stand over a field surrounded by heavy timber the wind is blowing in all directions it’s the last day of season and these three bucks are standing roughly 200 yards away. What buck are you going to shoot and why? Would you shoot or pass where would you aim?

Thank you all for your thoughts it’s great to hear everyone individual thoughts on specific situations and what they would do. Does everyone want me to continue with this shoot or pass page? Are you enjoying it?

I do not yet see a shot. If I have a longer ranging rifle and a good scope, this yardage would not be too far for a well benched rifle in a tree stand, as long as the wind is not overly strong and going to give me fits. The deer in the middle presents a great shot ordinarily, but a pass through would no doubt make for a good chance of wounding the buck behind it. I would have to wait for the deer to separate a bit more and I would think that the deer behind and to the right might have a bit better rack, although they are all decent bucks.
